Chibi Art (also known as Super Deformed style): «Chibi» is a Japanese word, it's translated as "small".
Chibi-art is often used to transfer something funny or witty (kawaii mono).
It is very easy and I'll show you how it is drawn.

How to draw chibi characters - Step 1: Two heads
Chibi-characters should be not higher than two own heads.
Draw two circles, one directly above another.

Now you know that there is not too much place for drawing, but still try to portray some ridiculous pose.
Use the same technique as when you draw a normal body.
Build a model of the simplest shapes.
Legs and arms are rounded and sharpened on the end.

Hands
You should make pretty pens, like a child has. Chibi's forearm goes straight into small chubby fingers.
Don't draw cartoon hands in the style of Mickey Mouse.

Chibi's legs should be sharpened in the end. Don't draw knees.
Draw a thin line to separate the foot from the leg. Just like a ballerina. Ya ... this is so cool!
Don't draw Disney Lu-Lu feet. Leg should seamlessly turn into the foot.

Now everything is easy. Sketch clothes and add details. Mouth - in the form of the rotated letter "D".
The nose is almost not visible. Better leave it as is, or highlight it later.
